At this time, all sales on sarahnadinejewellery.com are final. Due to the finality of your purchase, please note the measurements and scale of all products before purchasing. We are here to help and will be more than happy to talk you through everything before making a purchase. Please send us an email at info@sarahnadinejewellery.com with any prior questions or concerns.

In the event of a manufacturing defect upon arrival or if you received an item in error, please email us at info@sarahnadinejewellery within 48 hours of receiving your purchase and someone will get back to you within 48 hours. 

In the event of a manufacturing defect during the warranty period of your purchase, please email us at info@sarahnadinejewellery and someone will get back to you within 48 hours. 

If you need to make a return, you may do so in accordance with the following process: 
1) Email info@sarahnadinejewellery.com within 48 hours from the date of delivery and provide

a) your invoice number and
b) reason for return

2) Complete the Returns Form emailed to you by our team and include it with your item(s) (this information can be written and included if you dont have a printer) and send by registered Post to:

For all international returns, please specify on the courier company's consignment that the contents are “RETURNED GOODS” so that the items do not attract possible customs duties and taxes again.

Please note that:

  • Faulty or defective items will either be repaired, refunded or replaced depending on the possibility of repair or the availability of replacement stock. 
  • Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment. Once your return is received and processed, a refund will be issued for the merchandise amount. Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
  • We will not be responsible for lost return packages so you may wish to use a tracking number or some method of secure postage. 
  • We will reimburse the cost of return postage.
  • Refunds or exchanges are only offered for goods purchased directly from this Website via our online store.

If you are not able to comply with the requirements of our returns policy, we reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange on change of mind items.
