Shipping policy

AUSTRALIA

Orders of AUD $200 or more - FREE Express Shipping.

Orders below AUD $200 - AUD $15 FLAT RATE Express Shipping or AUD $10 FLAT RATE regular shipping. 

For express, orders may take 1 - 3 business days to arrive once processed depending on your location. For orders to WA and regional areas, delivery can take up to 5 business days.

Orders are typically processed within 24-48 hours pending availability and credit card verification. Orders made on Saturday, Sunday or a Public Holiday, will generally be dispatched on the following business day. All shipping fees are non-refundable. Shipping costs can change from time to time.

INTERNATIONAL

Orders of AUD $350 or more - FREE Express Shipping with tracking.

Orders below AUD $350 - AUD $30 Regular shipping with tracking.

For express shipping, orders may take 2 - 5 business days to arrive once processed.

Orders are typically processed within 24-48 hours pending availability and credit card verification. Orders made on Saturday, Sunday or a Public Holiday, will generally be dispatched on the following business day. All shipping fees are non-refundable. Shipping costs can change from time to time.

Duties and taxes can be charged on package arrival in addition to shipping costs. Please note, we do not cover the return postage cost, customs charges, govt taxes and duties on international orders. The customer is responsible for any import duties, customs and local sales taxes that may be levied by each individual country.

Once orders have been shipped by Sarah Nadine, all shipping enquiries should be forwarded to Australia Post directly.
 
All shipping fees are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for all return postage fees for returns and exchanges, as SarahNadine Jewellery does not refund delivery charges, or the cost of returning products except when a product is received faulty. Please see the returns/exchanges policy for more in depth information. 

Please consider clearance, duties, customs and taxes when ordering. SarahNadine Jewellery does not cover any of these charges and it is the sole responsibility of the receiver or purchaser.

Sarah Nadine Jewellery is not liable for any late deliveries caused by Australia Post or other third-party courier companies. Sarah Nadine Jewellery is also not liable for the input of incorrect addresses or any completed packages signed as delivered, and refunds will not be issued in these cases. An additional payment of AUD $10.00 for domestic orders and AUD $30 for international orders will be required for any incorrect orders to be sent out again.
