Crafted in 14-karat or 18-karat gold, this necklace features five bezel set natural turquoise stones that dangle from a 40 + 5 cm chain. Wear yours as an everyday staple on its own or layered with other necklaces from the collection.

Material

Our 14K and 18K Gold items are designed for everyday wear, but care should still be taken. These are stamped with 14K or 18K. Solid gold is a precious metal that will not oxidize or discolour. 14k solid gold is also an active lifestyle's best friend: it scratches less and doesn't bend or wear out as easily as other gold materials. 18K gold is softer than 14K gold and requires a more delicate wear. 

Our pearls are freshwater and their shape varies between each pearl, no two pearls are the same. 

Our precious and semi precious stones are picked for their beauty, but some colour variations may be seen between items since no two stones are the same. These stones are secured with claw or bezel settings, and should not fall out unless excessive wear occurs.

Please note due to our pieces being handcrafted, their polish and surface may not be perfect.

Shipping

Please note, all items have a 4-7 week period on top of delivery due to being crafted for you once ordered. Items will be shipped to you with express shipping as soon as they are ready and tracking will be emailed to you. All orders will require signature on delivery. Please take this into account when ordering.

Orders may take 1 - 4 business days for express to arrive once processed depending on your location. For orders to WA and regional areas, delivery can take up to 5 business days.

Orders are typically processed within 24-48 hours pending availability and credit card verification. Orders made on Saturday, Sunday or a Public Holiday, will generally be dispatched on the following business day. All shipping fees are non-refundable. Shipping costs can change from time to time.

INTERNATIONAL

Orders of USD $350 or more - FREE Express Shipping with tracking.

Orders below USD $350 - AUD $30 Express shipping with tracking.

Orders may take 2 - 5 business days for express to arrive once processed.

Orders are typically processed within 24-48 hours pending availability and credit card verification. Orders made on Saturday, Sunday or a Public Holiday, will generally be dispatched on the following business day. All shipping fees are non-refundable. Shipping costs can change from time to time.

Duties and taxes can be charged on package arrival in addition to shipping costs. Please note, we do not cover the return postage cost, customs charges, govt taxes and duties on international orders. The customer is responsible for any import duties, customs and local sales taxes that may be levied by each individual country.

Once orders have been shipped by Sarah Nadine Jewellery, all shipping enquiries should be forwarded to Australia Post or third-party couriers directly.
All shipping fees are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for all return postage fees for returns and exchanges, as SarahNadine Jewellery does not refund delivery charges, or the cost of returning products except when a product is received faulty.
Please consider clearance, duties, customs and taxes when ordering. Sarah Nadine Jewellery does not cover any of these charges and it is the sole responsibility of the receiver or purchaser.
Sarah Nadine Jewellery is not liable for any late deliveries caused by Australia Post or other third-party courier companies. Sarah Nadine Jewellery is also not liable for the input of incorrect addresses or any completed packages signed as delivered, and refunds will not be issued in these cases. An additional payment of AUD $10.00 for domestic orders and AUD $30 for international orders will be required for any incorrect orders to be sent out again.
